What can be sold on Hallforpro ?

On Hallforpro, only real items for sale can be listed. You cannot post ads for types of items, lists, or generalities for advertising purposes. Similarly, it is not possible to publish ads for services.

For lots of similar machines, please contact us to make the right choice for listing. If the category of items you wish to sell does not yet exist on Hallforpro, contact us.

All ads are moderated by our team. If your ad does not meet our criteria, it will be rejected.

What should the ad include ?

Each ad must contain a complete description of the item for sale, including at least: • Designation
• Brand
• Type
• Commercial Model (if different from the manufacturer's type)
Without these elements, the ad cannot be validated by our team. To make your ad as relevant as possible to potential buyers, we strongly advise including the following additional information: • Year of manufacture
• Machine capacity
• Characteristics (weight, dimensions, etc.)

If the item has specific options or features, they should be specified. The same applies to tooling or accessories related to the equipment. It is mandatory to include at least one photo; multiple photos are strongly recommended to allow buyers to form the best opinion. They must be of the item for sale. Catalog photos, third-party website images, or logos are not accepted.

All ads must include a selling price. If for specific reasons you do not want to display a selling price or if you have no opinion on the price, please contact us.

All ads must include an opinion on the condition of the equipment. This is a declarative opinion but should at least reflect the operating condition of the equipment according to you: currently operational (Very good condition/Good condition/Average condition), dismantled but operational, dismantled for review, for parts, etc. You will also be asked to specify the current use of the machine: in production or stored.

If you have a maintenance log or a record of maintenance or repairs performed, this is a plus that should be communicated to potential buyers. It is also a good way to make your ad more credible and attractive. All ads must include information about removal and transportation constraints (Dismantled or to be dismantled, easy access, to be picked up on-site, delivery possible, etc.).

What should not be included in the ad ?

The ad should only contain information about the item for sale.

You should not include contact details, address, phone number, email, internet address, etc., in the description. Similarly, no text or statements unrelated to the ad's subject are allowed (political, ethnic, cultural, etc.).

The ad should also not contain information referring to other ads or professional sales or rental activities. In all cases, all ads are validated by our team. If they do not meet these criteria, they will not be published, and we will inform you.

What are the different types of transactions on Hallforpro ?

There are two types of transactions on the platform.

The first allows you to purchase the item directly using your bank card via Stripe, which ensures secure payments on Hallforpro. Currently, only listings under 1500€ are eligible for this type of purchase. The purchase is direct from the listing, and the price is therefore non-negotiable with the seller.

The second allows you to contact the seller, as is common on other platforms. Hallforpro enables you to find items of interest and initiate the transaction with the seller. The finalization of the sale, payment, and organization of transport must be handled outside the platform, using means that suit you.

Moreover, all exchanges between sellers and buyers are supervised by the moderation team. Similarly, all sellers are registered on Hallforpro, ensuring the seriousness of the listings. Thus, Hallforpro provides support throughout your exchanges and transactions on the platform.

What if I don't see my ad after creating it ?

All ads are verified before going live. The processing time for your ad is a maximum of 72 business hours. If you have a specific question about your ads, please contact us directly.

How to keep my ads active ?

On Hallforpro, ads must be real and active. As soon as the item is sold or if you withdraw it from sale, you must delete your ad. Hallforpro will contact you regularly to confirm that the ad should remain online.

There is no maximum duration for ad publication. However, in the absence of responses to our follow-ups, Hallforpro reserves the right to deactivate ads from the site.

When the item is sold, and to avoid being contacted again by buyers, you must delete the ad from your client area.

Sales made with the "Vu par Cabinet Roux" label benefit from personalized follow-up by Hallforpro.

Is there an exclusivity clause on Hallforpro ?

Hallforpro does not apply exclusivity clauses on sales. You can sell your item through other websites or by your own means. However, by choosing to benefit from the "Vu par Cabinet Roux" label or the secured transaction by Hallforpro, you agree to pay the sales commission provided for in the partnership contract. The commission is only due upon the sale of the item.

How am I connected with potential buyers ?

Your contact details as a seller are not directly accessible to buyers or visitors on Hallforpro. For a connection to be made, the visitor must first be registered on our platform. All information requests are made through Hallforpro's services.

In the case of a transaction with the "Vu par Cabinet Roux" label, we handle the initial exchanges to filter and respond to buyers' initial questions, or we ask you for additional information (via a single point of contact). As soon as we consider the approach potentially interesting for you, we connect you to finalize the transaction.

How much does the Hallforpro service cost ?

For buyers, the service is free.

For sellers, listing items on Hallforpro is linked to a subscription that grants access to the service as a seller and allows you to benefit from all the services offered by Hallforpro.
